Comcast & the Emerald Foundation (the E) establish a Lift Zone for local students – Begins Oct. 14th

A much-needed resource for many low-income families with school-age children is high-speed internet/WI FI connectivity. Most students are required to have this resource in order to complete e-learning assignments. The Emerald Foundation has partnered with Comcast in establishing a Lift Zone at the Emerald Foundation Community Campus located at 2120 Oregon Pike, Lancaster, PA, 17601 to provide students with a quiet and studious environment.
Students will appreciate the comfortable environment the Emerald Foundation Lift Zone has to offer while they work with a reliable high-speed internet like Comcast’s. Doors open for the Lift Zone beginning October 14th. It will be open on Thursday’s from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm, and E staff will be present. On-site computers are available, or students may bring their own.
