Jordan Steffy is the Founder and CEO of Children Deserve a Chance Foundation (CDCF) and the Attollo program. Jordan is a visionary, setting a goal that Attollo is the method to change the face of leadership in Lancaster County. His mantra is “Dreams don’t work unless you do.”

Jordan constantly challenges students to step outside of their comfort zones to set and achieve tremendous goals. He continually monitors the state of the organization and our community, to determine what exposure students need to be successful, as such Jordan recently added Attollo Startup and Attollo Engineering. Jordan has always been inspired by Magic Johnson and his belief that education is the way to change your life and your family. He and his team recently welcomed Magic Johnson to honor the senior Attollo scholars and to inspire the Lancaster Community.

A Lancaster native, Jordan is a graduate of Conestoga Valley High School and University of Maryland and his MBA from Columbia Business School. He and his fiancé, Kiandra, have a three-year-old daughter, Meera.
