Sid was born and spent most of her childhood in Baltimore, MD where she developed
and early interest in the arts. After moving to Lancaster, PA with her family, she
attended Hempfield High School; where she focused artistic energies on sculpture and
jewelry making. She also experimented with watercolor and other forms of painting.
As an adult Sid experienced a difficult time, accompanied by a period of creative
stagnation. Out of this, however, she finally found her niche in acrylic pouring. She
found it extremely therapeutic, while meeting her meditation and relaxation needs. A
current resident of Lancaster City, Sid enjoys running, yoga and music. In the future
she hopes to fuse her love of music and art by pouring alongside live bands.
