Nestled within the Emerald Foundation are initiatives that support our Four E’s, engage, enrich, empower, everyone. Our flagship initiative, Emerald Esports, embraces all four E’s, but one E stands out more within this dynamic initiative. Emerald Esports specifically embodies the third E, empower, by empowering and cultivating tomorrow’s workforce. Esports, competitive multiplayer gaming, is the vehicle to infuse learning for middle school, high school, and college students. Emerald Esports has built a space for those students who want to compete in gaming competitions as well as develop skills that translate into their future careers. Emerald Esports’ club incubation helps forge new clubs across Lancaster county and beyond. The Emerald Foundation would like to welcome all the esports clubs that have joined thus far and recognize their membership.
